Enable local password login or prepare the tenant for single sign-on.

Sign-in options
A tenant can use local password accounts, single sign-on or a combination allowed by its configuration.
- Password login
- Users sign in using an email address and password stored for the tenant.
- Let users create their own password
- People who sign in with SSO can add a password from their profile as a second way in.
- Invite-only SSO
- Restricts SSO sign-in to invited people or existing members of the tenant.
Configure the sign-in method
- 1Open the tenant.
- 2Select Access → SSO & users.
- 3Open the Sign-in tab.
- 4Enable or disable password login.
- 5Decide whether SSO users may create their own password.
- 6Decide whether SSO access is invite-only.
- 7Select Save Sign-in.
RecommendationUse local password accounts for initial testing or a small controlled user group. For customer production environments, configure the organisation's preferred single sign-on method where available.
