Brand an individual tenant

Override the partnership default for one customer

A tenant can define its own identity without changing the partnership default. Only the fields you replace change; everything else keeps following the partnership or platform value.

  1. 1Open the partnership and select Member tenants.
  2. 2Select the tenant you want to brand.
  3. 3Open the Branding tab.
  4. 4Replace the fields the tenant should own, such as the app title, logo or primary colour.
  5. 5Leave every other field inherited.
  6. 6Review the preview.
  7. 7Select Save.
ImportantTenant overrides affect only that tenant. Other member tenants of the same partnership continue to render the partnership identity.

Inherits the partnership identityACME Consulting tenant renders the partnership branding.
Overrides the partnership identityNorthstar Connect replaces the logo, title and primary colour.
