Control partnership-wide branding behaviour
Settings governs whether member tenants may change their own branding.
- Lock branding for member tenants
- Prevents member tenants from overriding fields on their own Branding tab. This does not change the partnership’s own branding.
- Copy from a member tenant
- Seeds the partnership branding from the appearance currently rendered by a selected member tenant, replacing every field configured on the partnership Branding tab.
When to lock branding
- The partner must enforce one consistent white-labelled identity.
- Customer tenants should inherit the partnership brand.
- Local tenant branding changes need to be prevented.
- 1Open Partnership Settings.
- 2Select a member tenant.
- 3Select Copy.
- 4Review the resulting values on the Partnership Branding tab.
- 5Save or adjust the branding as required.
Understand branding inheritance.
Set the default identity for member tenants
Partnership branding becomes the default identity for member tenants that do not define their own overrides.
Recommended partnership setup order
- 1Review the partnership Overview.
- 2Confirm the partnership status, slug and administrators.
- 3Configure partnership branding.
- 4Decide whether member tenants may override branding.
- 5Create or connect the first customer tenant.
- 6Add partnership administrators.
- 7Add reusable default templates.
- 8Review aggregate activity and billing regularly.
