Resolve common logo, colour, inheritance and sign-in branding issues.

Common branding issues
The logo does not appear.
Check whether the value is set to show no logo at the current level. Reset to inherit restores the parent logo.
The wrong logo appears for one customer.
The tenant is inheriting the partnership logo. Replace the logo on that tenant to give it its own identity.
Colours look different from what was configured.
A more specific level is overriding the value. Check the tenant branding before the partnership branding.
Text is hard to read on the primary colour.
Choose a primary colour with stronger contrast, or use the logo background colour to separate the logo from the surface.
The sign-in page still shows the previous branding.
Confirm the changes were saved and reload the sign-in page.
