PARTNER ADMIN GUIDE
Get started as a partner administrator
As a partner administrator, you manage your partnership and the customer tenants that belong to it. This guide explains the Greentic hierarchy and the recommended order for setting up a new customer environment.
Partnerships and tenants
A partnership represents your organisation in Greentic. It contains shared settings, administrators, branding, templates and member tenants.
A tenant represents an individual customer, business unit or isolated environment. Each tenant has its own identity, access controls, environments, AI capabilities, guardrails and usage.
